Andy Hotchkiss
In April 2003, Andy began his career in real estate with National Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. Andy provides specialized retail expertise to national, regional and local clients throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
Andy actively represents Tenants and Developers, implementing value-added solutions and strategies for retail and office leasing and sales transactions. A few of the clients Andy has worked with or is currently working with include; YUM Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Long John Silver & A&W), Aldi Foods, Zimmer Development, Hershey’s Ice Cream, Wing Zone and Cartridge World. Andy is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia.
Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland and a third generation Washingtonian, Andy prides himself on his extensive knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan market and the people who live and work in this area.
Prior to working in real estate, Andy was an advertising Account Executive for Adair Green (A McCain Erickson Company) in Atlanta, Georgia as well as Enten & Associates in Bethesda, Maryland. He managed several important clients including Comcast, Iceland Air, Bell South, McCallin Scotch, Novartis and Remy Martin.
Andy lives in Bethesda, Maryland near The Landon School for Boys (95’) , his alma mater. He received his B.S. in Communications from The University of Colorado at Boulder (99’). Andy lives with his wife Marni and their two lovable Labrador retrievers, Riggins and Dexter, named after the legendary Washington Redskins, John Riggins and Dexter Manley.
