Jeff Gelberman
Jeff Gelberman joined National Real Estate in 1999 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail real estate, focusing on both Landlord and Tenant representation as well as Investment Property Sales.
Jeff has represented several national and regional retailers over the years with expansion programs throughout the DC Metropolitan area. His tenant clients include, but are not limited to Food Lion, Eastern Petroleum, Mattress Warehouse, Beauty Center, Dollar City, Hershey’s Ice Cream, The Furniture Center, Atlantic Wireless, Bare Feet Shoes, and Cartridge World to name a few.
Jeff also assists several landlords and developers throughout the DC Metropolitan area with the purchasing/leasing of various retail projects. Jeff has worked closely with owners in the leasing of existing projects as well as assisting developers with all aspects of the development process.
Jeff graduated with an MBA from the Merrick School of Business in 1998 with a concentration in finance and he holds real estate sales licenses in Maryland and Virginia. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
