Prior to his entry into commercial real estate Mr. Seigel owned and operated a chain of apparel stores in the Washington, Baltimore Metro areas. The experience of owning and operating the stores made him uniquely qualified to assist retailers and others with their specific real estate needs.
Mr. Seigel began his career in commercial real estate, in 1985 with Julien J. Studley, a national real estate firm. Mr. Seigel started their retail division with offices in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Morty is licensed in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Morty has brokered many millions of dollars worth of transactions in retail, land, warehouse, and office space.
